An Atlanta landmark, Stone Mountain's claim to fame is two-fold; it is not only the biggest granite rock you will probably ever see in your life, at 1683 feet (513 m) high, it champions the world's largest "high-relief sculpture" (which Atlantans refer to as "the carving") on the mountain's side.
